We liked hotel's staff and location. The room was very upstairs, exceptionally comfortable bed. A microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators were available in kitchen. Late check-out was useful.

Excellent place with pool and plentiful breakfast with plenty of meals! And I really enjoyed the fully equipped bathroom. The beach nearby was nice and the view was priceless. Daily service was helpful too.

I came here for 3 nights and had a good stay. The venue was stylish, I loved the stay and the location was unbeatable really close to the Spark Arena and the supermarket and Britomart. The food was good and the bar was great. The reception was friendly with efficient staff.

I appreciated staying in an elegant building. My superior studio was big sized, big sized. Everything was beautiful, really large breakfast. The location in a pedestrian area was marvellous and there were the shops and supermarket nearby. Its courteous service.

Excellent pool, spectacular views, terrific staff. The buffet breakfast was comprehensive, that was my favourite part. The lobby bar was busy and the drinks were cool.

Recommend to stay here. Came in Auckland to relax and have fun, this hotel was comfortable place for doing it. Liked kitchenette we had in the room;))

hotel's location was not far from main attractions like queen street. there is a good food option within 400 m - saigonz. auckland central business neighbourhood definitely deserves your time and attention.
